My recent stay at Dreams was enjoyable, thanks to the stunning beach, attentive service, and great dining options. The preferred lounge was particularly noteworthy, with delicious breakfast offerings and a comfortable atmosphere. Bartender Armando consistently made excellent drinks, enhancing our experience. Overall, the resort delivered a relaxing environment conducive to both leisure and productivity.

All was flawless.

I loved the beach at Dreams. The soft sand and clear water made every day feel like paradise. The staff, especially Armando at the preferred club, provided top-notch service. Drinks were served quickly, and he remembered our preferences. Room cleanliness was great, thanks to Santiago, who did a wonderful job each day. We enjoyed the evening entertainment, especially the Jack Sparrow show. Some of the dining options were decent, but several meals missed the mark. The Asian restaurant had a couple of tasty dishes, but the World Cafe’s food quality fluctuated. Also, the wait for room service could be lengthy, like 90 minutes, which was frustrating sometimes when all we wanted was a quick snack. We faced a hiccup during check-in, when our originally booked room wasn’t available. They upgraded us to a different room, which was nice, but it could have been communicated better. Helpful staff made all the difference despite some food letdowns.

I encountered some serious issues during my stay. The bathroom was not clean, and I found mold in the shower, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the food options were not vegetarian-friendly and fell short of expectations.

I had an amazing time with my friends at this resort! The beach was stunning, and the pool service was top-notch. We also tried the Waves and Sands restaurant, which was a real highlight. Just a heads up, the food options could be hit or miss. If you enjoy a vibrant atmosphere, definitely try to rent a cabana for the day.

We did have a bit of an issue when we arrived. The Amstar people were really pushy about signing up for a Vacation Club tour, which made the first day a bit stressful. It was hard to enjoy the relaxing vibe right away.

The beach was beautiful and the staff were very attentive. Our room was always clean, and we enjoyed the fantastic ocean views from the balcony. I especially loved lounging by the pool while sipping drinks brought by the friendly servers.

In my fiancée's opinion, more evening entertainment options would have made our stay even better.

The staff at Dreams Sands Cancun Resort & Spa (Adults Only) were outstanding! Everyone was friendly and attentive, especially the poolside and beach service, which was top-notch. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the ocean views were breathtaking. The pools were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine.

Our stay was exhilarating, especially at breakfast where Paulina and Jonathon at Olio made every meal feel special. The beach's crystal-clear waters offered stunning views while swimming. Room service could use improvement—some menu items missed the mark.

The beachfront was beautiful, and we loved lounging by the infinity pool. The only downside was the noise from nearby entertainment, so pack some earplugs if you're a light sleeper. 🌊
